Welcome to my Web Page. I will be updating as often as I can, but I am just learning how to do this so it could take a while.... =)

 

I have been working in Stained Glass for about 10 years. I have recently started working with Warm (Fused) Glass.

I have been making pendants, as well as bigger pieces such as a 12 inch serving platter or bowl. I am also doing a smaller 10 in plate.

I made up several for friends as gifts and continue to "play" with different glass designs.

I am using mostly Dichroic glass for the pendants .I have also do a lot of work with PMC (Precious Metal Clay)

Generally, I make these per request. Each Warm or Stained Glass piece as well as each silver piece is unique.They are all hand made by me. Not mass-produced in China! =)

 

Prices for Stained or Fused glass range from $80 .00 to $200.00 ,Glass Pendants are from $30.00 to $60.00, Silver ranges from $35.00, for a small charm to $135.00 for large earrings.

Most of these pieces were made for friends as gifts or myself. Some, just to try different techniques. If you are interested in having a custom

piece made feel free to email me. The FD and Dancing 8 are not my image but belong to DMB. I simply incorporate it in my work.

 

About me: I am from Wisconsin and I am a huge DMB (Dave Matthews Band) fan. I enjoy Golf, gardening, and DMB in the summer.

Bowling, pool, and playing with glass and PMC in the winter. Sometimes, if I am lucky, the occasional winter tour. ;D

I have met a lot of great people, seen places I would have never seen, and now have some great friends because of this band!

I started "touring" in 2000, and have 110 DMB shows under my belt at the end of the 2008 summer tour. With Sunday at the Gorge being my 110th show.

This year (2008) was very sad with the loss of Roi. I will never forget the Friday show at the Gorge, with the memorial and the tribute the fans did with the glow sticks.

I hope the band knows we understand the grief they must feel having lost a family member and friend so suddenly.

I have made some new pieces in tribute to Roi and will sell those and donate the profits to his fund that has been set up. I encourage all to donate!!!

 

***Update- July 2010. Hi everyone, just an update. I am at 125 shows now and should be at 130 at the end of the 2010 summer tour. Hoping for a fall/winter tour

with the sad, sad news that there will be no summer tour in 2011. I have no idea what I will do with my summer. Work on some new designs I suppose. I have met a lot of people

this year so far and last year for that matter. I love the shirt I had made with my shows listed on the back and tilly the stone maker ( my WH name) on front, it has made it possible

for meet so may of you I may not have. I have some new pieces coming soon. The newest being a dog tag that someone requested. I will try and get better at keeping this up to date.

***Update 2011, I have 135 shows now under my belt and will sure try and hit as many as I can in this sad sad 2011 touring season, but no doubt the guys could use a break.

Wild Honey hoop earrings, FD in a hammered ring and wine bottle stoppers are the newest thing I have been working on this mast several months.

 

****UPDATE Nov 2013 I have been to 155 shows now and it just never gets old. I have been lucky enough to meet many of you and, traveled all over. I am still creating when I can.

Things have slowed down a lot for me as I seem to be getting lazier in my old age. The silver pieces are very popular, and I do still do glass for any special orders,

although I try to only do these in the winter. I am still hoping to make a clock on of these days, with the FD as the numbers.Keep in mind all the glass pieces and some of the silver

are all custom made pieces, most cannot be exactly replicated. Feel free to contact me for more info.
